TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

A deposit of $500.00 is due at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. For a few tours the amount of deposit may vary. Check at time of booking.

All checks and wire transfers should be made to World Guide Tours LLC

REFUNDS BEFORE DEPARTURE:

A full refund, less a non refundable processing fee of $125.00 is provided if a cancellation is received 60 days before departure. This low fee reflects only the cost of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservation due so out of necessity.

If a cancellation is received less than 60 days before departure a $300.00 per person fee for administrative costs in addition to any and all cancellation charges assessed by our overseas land operators will be charged.

All cancellations made within 4 weeks of departure will likely be 75% or greater loss of the entire land portion, including all internal air.

14 days to no show the cancellation fee is 100% of land and internal air.

REFUNDS AFTER DEPARTURE:

Should a cancellation occur while en route, all refunds for land costs will be made directly by World Guided Tours LLC as recoverable from the overseas land operators. No refund will be made for unused services, of less than three consecutive days, occasional meal or sightseeing missed or any unused services of scheduled transportation.

INSURANCE: We strongly suggest you take out cancellation insurance for any tour. We can provide you with names of several companies specializing in trip cancellation insurance.

World Guided Tours is not responsible for any kind of personal accident, illness or for the possible loss or damage of luggage or personal property.

HOTELS: Deluxe/First Class or Best available hotels.

MEALS: As per itinerary.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

Bottled water on sightseeing excursions and at meals

Soft drinks at meals (for locally hosted itinerary as specified)

Admission fees to items on itinerary

Porterage of 2 standard size pieces of luggage

Gratuities to local guides( except on locally hosted itinerary)

Cultural flavored special meals and cultural events when available

Local knowledgable guides for all included sightseeing excursions

Departure taxes ( except on locally hosted itinerary)

Tours are either locally hosted and or fully escorted by a Professional experienced Tour Manager.

NOTE: On locally hosted itinerary price reflects exceptions listed above

NOT INCLUDED:

International air fare (We can assist you)

Visa fees

Inoculations necessary for a particular itinerary

Excess Baggage charges

Sightseeing not specified in itinerary

Customary end of tour gratuity to Tour Manager on Escorted Tours

Items of a personal nature such as liquor, laundry, anything not mentioned as Included in Itinerary.

RESPONSIBILITY:

World Guided Tours LLC is only an outside agent in securing transportation, hotels , Internal air and other travel services and in no event shall World Guided tou4s LLC be liable for a failure by any person or any company to render any transportation, kinds of lodging or other travel service to the tour. All hotels, transportation and other travel services provided to tour members subject to all of the sundry terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. Neither World Guide Tours LLC or it’s agents shall ever be liable for any property loss or injury sustained on the tour weather arising out of a service provided under the tour and shall be deemed an acceptance of all these conditions.
